Room Two's christmas party

Thank you to all the wonderful parents and caregivers who gave us this wonderful food for our shared lunch. We took our left over food to the two local rest homes so everyone got a treat. Room two and Mrs Mortensen wishes you a very merry xmas and a happy new year.

Speeches week 8

Evelyn brought a photo of the stock car they sponsor. It is driven by Chuck. It was Chucks birthday on Saturday and he was tipped upside down by another driver.

Speeches week 8 Term 4 2011

Bree brought her Lala Lucy doll to show us. She got it from her Mum for her birthday. It is made of plastic and she has a pink love heart on her bottom. Her head moves and she wobbles from side to side.

Jimmy brought his book that he got from K.B.K. Mr Lineham gave Jimmy this lovely book.

Ryan M got his monster truck from his big brother Jason. He could make the wheels go flat. It can go really fast across our classroom floor.

Mya-Jayne got her monster bunny from her Nana White. It was nearly as big as Mya. It had lovely soft fur and very floppy ears.

I move term 4.

As a reward for walking, scootering or biking to school for over a month all those children who had taken part every day had their name put into an ice-cream container. Bailey- Jack was the lucky person whose name was drawn out at assembly. He was the second name out and Corey decided he wanted a new basket ball and that meant Bailey could get the scooter. He was very pleased!

Awards week 6

This is our fun picture. If you look closely you can see Bailey's ball is glowing

Ruby got her spelling correct 8 weeks in a row. Enya 24 weeks in a row. Bailey and Keara 28 weeks in a row. You are stars

Mya- Jayne has hatched and is now on our bee hive. Mya- Jayne now knows all her pink words. Well done.

speeches week 6 Term 4 2011

This is the special gun case that is kept locked in the boot of the police car. We could stand up and have a look at the rifle.

Here are the road spikes that are used to stop cars that won't stop for the police. They are very sharp and have special bits of rubber on top of them.Noah is showing us how his Dad talks to the police station.

We all got to sit in the police car and we even got to make siren go. It was great fun.

Here is Noah and his dad Alex. Alex is one of our local policemen. For Noah's news he got his dad to show us the police car. We wrote great stories on Thursday.

We took two photos of Danny as the one in the classroom is so dark.

Danny brought his truck to show us. It had a wind up key which made it go very fast on the carpet.

Ruby brought some shells to show us which she had found at the beach. We all liked this one the very best.
